TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is the TERMS AND CONDITIONS Agreement for Prompttickets.com. By using the services as provided by Prompttickets.com you agree to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not use Prompttickets.com for any purpose. Prompttickets.com may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Prompttickets.com website.
Eligibility. Prompttickets.com services are available only to individuals who are qualified to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction with the agreement and consent of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services.
Monetary. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and must be paid in U.S. Dollars.
Payment. We use PayPal as the payment processor for our service. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can pay using your credit card on the PayPal site.
Product Description. Prompt Tickets does not directly control the information that are provided by ticket sellers and made available through our service. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the quality, safety or accuracy of the events advertised. You agree to hold Prompt Tickets harmless and not responsible for the information provided by you on our website.
Payment for Service. You agree to pay Prompt Tickets a sum of $1.00 (one dollar) per ticket order transacted using the services of Prompt Tickets. This fee is for each order regardless of the number of tickets involved with that one ticket transaction. Prompt Tickets will email, or postal mail by registered mail to the address of record, a statement to the person listed as the contact for the ticket seller after the close of the event for which tickets have been listed and sold. All payments will be due and payable upon receipt of the statement
Release. Because Prompttickets.com is an online ticket service and not an actual seller of tickets, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more ticket purchasers, you release Prompttickets.com (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Operational Failure. You agree to hold Prompttickets.com and its parent, subsidiaries, officers, affiliates, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim for damages or liability which may arise from any operational failure of the Prompttickets.com program, website or the Internet.
Accounts If you create an account, you agree and understand that you are responsible for all information provided to Prompt Tickets and maintaining updated information associated with your account. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Privacy. Prompttickets.com will not share or otherwise provide your personal information with a third party without your consent. We process information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.
Governing Law and Consent to Jurisdiction and Venue:
Governing Law. This agreement, and any dispute arising out of the TERMS and CONDITIONS Agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Consent to Jurisdiction and Venue. Each party hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any state court located within Blount County, State of Tennessee, in connection with any matter arising out of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated under this Agreement.
Consent to Service. Each party hereby irrevocably:
(i) agrees that process may be served on it in any manner authorized by the Laws of the State of Tennessee, and;
(ii) waives any objection which it might otherwise have to service of process under the Laws of the State of Tennessee.
This business is operated by a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran.
